SF 2101: Uphold implementation of wild rice water quality standards (April 22, 2015)

Senate Floor Vote

The Omnibus Environment bill included a provision that would restrict the MPCA from enforcing water quality standards that protect wild rice beds from excess sulfide from mining operations. An amendment was offered to delete this restriction.
