The House supplemental budget bill included the Toxic Free Kids Act, and included funding for state agencies to make information about toxic chemicals in children’s products available on agency websites. The Senate version of the supplemental budget bill did not include the Toxic Free Kids Act. The final budget bill adopted by a conference committee on the last days of the legislative session did not include the Toxic Free Kids Act meaning the bill did not pass this year.
