SF639: Recycling batteries, paint and carpet

Most Minnesotans don’t have a way of conveniently recycling carpet, batteries and paint. SF639 requires manufacturers who sell these products in the state to design collection programs so these products don’t end up in the trash or, with paint, in our wastewater.
